Bosch Rexroth to Feature Atom Hydraulic Motor at International WorkBoat Show
25 Nov,2021
Bosch Rexroth will feature its new, compact, high-performance H?gglunds Atom radial piston hydraulic motor in Booth 1560 at the International WorkBoat Show, December 1-3, 2021, in New Orleans. Booth visitors can also connect one-on-one with Rexroth and H?gglunds experts.
The new H?gglunds Atom hydraulic motor, which replaces the existing H?gglunds CAb, is ideal for marine workboat applications that require high power density. With a maximum torque of up to 13.6 kNm and a specific torque of 40 Nm/bar, the H?gglunds Atom supplies full torque at speeds up to 400 rpm, enabling it to supply a maximum power of 394 kW — outstripping other motors in its class. The hydraulic motor is also highly energy efficient, even in the high-speed range.
The smallest of the H?gglunds motors, the compact H?gglunds Atom fits on a winch on land or at sea and is robust enough to withstand shock loads at a peak pressure of up to 420 bar.
Booth visitors will have the opportunity to speak directly with Rexroth and H?gglunds technology experts and discuss the challenges and requirements for their marine, dredging, deep-sea and other workboat operations. These experts can provide practical advice and share new ideas about how the comprehensive Rexroth and H?gglunds portfolio of components and systems can help maximize uptime and improve operational efficiency while saving deck space and weight.
